Water loss in Raymond, WA where a pipe had burst in a bathroom and flooded the whole downstairs of a home.  In the bathroom we removed the cabinets, detached the door, tore out and bagged affected installation, tore out the trim and baseboard, detached the toilet, and did flood cuts. In the dinning room we tore out the baseboard and affected flooring. In the front entry we tore out and bagged affected installation, tore out the baseboard and trim, and did flood cuts on affected drywall. In the game room we tore out and bagged affected installation, tore out baseboard and trim, and removed affected flooring and drywall.
