Having a vacation home can be fun and rewarding but also can lead to unknown damages when not properly cared for. Making sure you inspect potentially hazardous areas is the best way to prevent any mold damages to go unnoticed. For example, lets say that you are leaving your vacation home at the end of the summer and you are not planning on returning until next summer, you leave water running that has a leak. Eliminate clutter throughout the house and keep clean before departure of home.
