If you have a house or even business emergency (fire loss, water loss, mold etc.)  call SERVPRO. Here at SERVPRO our goal is to make everything look “Like it never even happened”. From the exact moment that a client calls we begin to work. We start off by taking down all their info, what happened, where the loss occurred, how long it’s been going on, when it happened, if they have contacted their insurance, etc. After getting all the info we begin to put a crew together. Within an hour the customer is contacted and told we are getting a crew together and will be dispatched to their location and should be there shortly. After arriving to the job, the project manager will begin to assess the loss and decide what is the best and quickest way to fix the loss. The project manager will then tell the crew where to begin and the project manager themselves will go and talk to the client, to help them understand our step by step process to help calm their nerves about their loss.
